About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Welcome team.
About you:
- 1 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English Language, both written and oral.
- Ability to provide clear and pleasant telephone and face-to-face communication in English with proper grammar.
- Ability to convey a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills.
- Ability to focus and multitask, to use time efficiently; prioritise and organise work.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to interact and engage with all guests in a pleasant manner.
- Ability to understand and respond appropriately to guest enquiries and needs while remaining calm and courteous and provide accurate and correct responses.
- As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the Welcome Department in a friendly, energetic and professional manner by telephone, email and face-to-face consistently delivering a Five-Star level of service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with the management team to ensure strong morale amongst the team at all times.
- Assist in achieving goals in relation to mystery audits, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
- Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling front office departmental operations.
- Deliveri a memorable experience, working with all departments throughout the Hotel to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
