We now have an exciting opportunity to work as a part of the diverse and exceptional Food & Beverage team to deliver reliably high standards of service with the individuality of your personality contributing to the team success.
Key Roles & Respinsibilities:
- Set tables as needed prior or on guest arrival
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
- Ensure hotel restaurant/bar is kept clean and tidy making for a safe working environment.
- To actively up-sell and promote products in the restaurant in accordance with monthly target.
- Report maintenance issues arising in all departments to F&B Manager or Duty Manager.
- Complete relevant daily/weekly checklists as requested by F&B Manager and or Restaurant Supervisor.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
- To be flexible in your role and the hours you work.
