About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Style Supervisor to join our Style team.
About you:
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English Language, both written and oral.
- Ability to convey a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills.
- Ability to focus and multitask, to use time efficiently; prioritise and organise work.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- To assist and train the accommodation team to the hotel standard on a daily and weekly basis.
- To allocate duties to the Style team.
- To assist in job chats, job appraisals and other development needs for the team
- To assist in stock taking and control of stock from an operational and technical perspective.
- To attend all hotel and departmental training.
- To attend all daily, weekly and monthly briefings and meetings.
