We now have an exciting opportunity to work as a part of the diverse and exceptional Food & Beverage team to deliver reliably high standards of service with the individuality of your personality contributing to the team success.

Key Roles & Respinsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Ensure hotel restaurant/bar is kept clean and tidy making for a safe working environment.
• To actively up-sell and promote products in the restaurant in accordance with monthly target.
• Report maintenance issues arising in all departments to F&B Manager or Duty Manager.
• Complete relevant daily/weekly checklists as requested by F&B Manager and or Restaurant Supervisor.
• Adhere to all systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual.
• Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free, and courteous service while taking, confirming and rescheduling reservations
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
• To be flexible in your role and the hours you work.
