We are seeking a dedicated RCV Driver to join our Recycling team on a permanent basis in Navan, Meath area.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Transport or Waste Industry.
Possession of all relevant cards, CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence), and licenses.
Manual Handling and Safe Pass certification (advantageous).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work across various business sections as needed.
Previous experience in the waste management industry is highly desirable.
Eligibility to work in Ireland and proficiency in English are essential.
Responsibilities:
Collect various waste streams from customer locations along designated routes.
Oversee operatives on RCV runs, ensuring proper handling and emptying of wheelie bins using safe manual handling techniques.
Ensure wheelie bins are returned to designated locations as per company guidelines.
Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and complete route sheets accurately.
Maintain company vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition to uphold safety and minimize environmental impact.
Comply with all company policies for safe and efficient vehicle operation, including fuel efficiency practices.
Complete all necessary paperwork and digital dockets as per company policy.
Adhere to Health & Safety policies to ensure the welfare of employees, colleagues, and the public.
Represent the company professionally and courteously in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Pay: €15.72-€22.01 per hour
