Restaurant Manager(Entry Level welcome)

- Gain practical experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including:
- Front-of-house management: Overseeing host/hostess, servers, and bartenders to ensure excellent customer service
- Training and developing the wait staff: Providing guidance on menu knowledge, order-taking, table management, and customer interaction
- Implementing service standards and procedures: Ensuring servers follow protocols for greeting, seating, order-taking, food delivery, and post-meal follow-up
- Monitoring dining room efficiency: Optimizing table turnover, minimizing wait times, and addressing any customer concerns promptly
- Assist the management team in developing and executing the restaurant's business strategies
- Provide input on menu planning, pricing, and promotional activities
- Help analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to budgeting and cost-control initiatives to enhance profitability
- Learn to effectively manage and motivate the restaurant staff
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Develop training programs to upskill servers and other front-of-house employees
- Foster a positive work culture and encourage teamwork
- Passion for the food and beverage industry, with the determination and patience to start from the ground up
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both customers and staff
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle various operational challenges
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills throughout the training program
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for becoming a successful restaurant manager
Pay: From €12.70 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Can you accept starting from the bottom?
- Can you accept that it will take around 6 months for the company to provide you a work visa based on your performance if you are in a situation that requires a work visa?
