Restaurant Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
The ideal candidates would have previous experience in the bar/hotel industry, be passionate & enthusiastic about the role and enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience. You will encourage the development of your team and have a can do attitude to continually assess the needs of the business.
Supported by a friendly and experienced team our ideal Manager's would add to the warm and welcoming environment which our customers have come to expect in all our establishments.
Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
Manage operations and finances of business
Recruit and train new hires on business practices
Drive development of employees
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
