Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To promote in-house sales. To have very good knowledge of the Menus, Beverages and any special offers available at the time.
- Preparation for Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner service, adhering to cleaning schedules and mise-en-place standards.
- Ensure that all customers receive polite and courteous attention.
- To deal with customer queries / complaints and ensuring conversion of enquiries.
- To ensure the highest standards of service are maintained by all times.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be focused on customer service and satisfaction
- Good English
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
