Founded in late 2016 by Aimee Connolly, Sculpted by Aimee is an Irish-born beauty brand with a global vision. Aimee, who began her journey as a makeup artist after earning a bachelor’s degree in business, spotted a gap in the market for makeup that was both easy to apply and highly effective. Combining her passion for beauty and business acumen, she launched Sculpted by Aimee to create products that simplify beauty routines without compromising results.

Our 360° omni-channel approach includes a robust physical presence in over 500 retailers across eight countries and four flagship stores in the UK and Ireland.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are further expanding our retail team in Grafton Street and are seeking two part-time Retail Makeup Artists to join the team on a seasonal Christmas contract. If you have retail experience, with a qualification in the beauty and the makeup industry, are passionate about providing an amazing customer journey and love all things Sculpted, we want to hear from you!
Accountabilities include:

• Supporting customers on the busy shop floor.
• Driving sales and achieving team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ability to offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
• Assisting with customer make-up queries in relation to shade matching and Sculpted products.
• Maintain a clear and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules.
• Assisting with in-store events and masterclasses when required.
• Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully support sales in-store.
• Maintain the store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
• Develop positive relationships with Store Manager, Area Manager and Had Office.
• Be a Sculpted Brand Ambassador with your attitude and on-brand grooming.
• Convey passion for the brand and master 'Sculpted' storytelling.

Experience needed:

• This is primarily a retail role, so previous retail experience, preferably in a similar setting, is essential.
• Makeup artistry experience with a certified makeup qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store visitors and customers.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
