Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, working 5 days over a 6-day week (Monday to Saturday), totaling 40 hours per week. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring our pets are well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their pet care needs.
• Handling transactions and cash handling at the EPOS.
• Stock ordering and inventory control.
• Keeping the store clean and tidy.
• Feeding and caring for the animals in the store.
• Assisting with inventory management.
• Helping to create and maintain appealing store displays.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Passion for animals and basic knowledge of pet care essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Flexibility to work Saturday.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• MUST have checkable references.
