About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our team in Dublin. As a Retail Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales initiatives. Your positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and managing displays.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Support store promotions and marketing initiatives by informing customers about special offers and loyalty programs.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about products and best practices.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
