Key Responsibilities:
The role is located at our Head Office in Dublin 2. Day to day you will be:

• Handling B2B sales and arranging business electricity and gas contracts with new and existing customers
• Managing customer accounts and developing strong relationships
• Taking inbound sales enquiries from new customers and preparing electricity and gas price comparisons
• Advising existing customers on their contract renewal options in advance of their current contracts expiring, ensuring that they always stay on the best electricity and gas price plans
• Establishing new customer leads and identifying opportunities
• Ensuring that our business customers receive a world-class experience
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs

The Successful Person:

• Previous office-based / sales / inside sales or account management experience
• Excellent communication skills and bubbly personality
• A person who enjoys working with customers and solving problems
• Fluent English speaker
• Strong computer skills
• Precision with facts, details and data
• Target-driven and motivated
• Ambitious and able to work well under pressure
• A university graduate
• Commitment, as we will be investing heavily in you!
