Our client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative fluent in French.
About the company:
The company is in the estate / property transaction business.
- Residential: We have property mandates (Apartments, Land, Villas) that we publish in order to be able to capture leaders and sell these properties. 2 employees in Montpellier and AGDE and in partnership with an estate agency in Roses (Spain).
- Professionals: We work in collaboration with developers and other investors. We find them land so that they can build buildings, houses (subdivisions) but also Hotels etc....
- We have most of the hotels in our portfolio in Paris and on the Côte d'Azur.
- We also work with a lawyer who brings us hotels in Italy and Spain.
Mission:
- Develop the same type of market in Ireland and England for both individuals and professionals.
- Develop a portfolio of developers and other investors.
- Set up and budget a marketing plan.
- Implement a development strategy.
