Sales and Student Advisor - Brazilian Market (Part-Time)
Part-time Position (Monday to Friday - Shift: 13:00 to 17:00)
Are you passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Sales and Student Advisor for the Brazilian Market to join our Sales team at NED College English School in Dublin.
As a Sales & Student Advisor, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with our offerings. This role calls for a proactive and customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. If you’re also skilled at generating leads through your personal social media channels, you’ll be a great fit for expanding our customer base.

What You Will Do:
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet their requirements.
- Sales Generation:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to introduce our products/services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- CRM Utilization:
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Lead Generation via Social Media:
- Use your personal social media channels to generate leads and create awareness of our offerings.
- Engage with potential customers on social platforms to build relationships and drive interest.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay informed about industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to showcase the value of our products/services.
- Address customer inquiries and objections to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in sales and other departments to share insights and contribute to overall company success.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a sales or customer service role in the Brazilian Market.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to use them effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, Portuguese is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs or travel agencies is a plus.
