Job Description

• Assisting in a sale processing role, dealing with existing customers.
• Identifying business opportunities and connecting with potential leads.
• Researching and profiling, target potential customers.
• Client communication
• Updating and reporting on customer communication, progress, and development
• Completing sales documentation and authorization of procedures accurately, and in a timely, efficient, manner.
• Contributes fully to the team efforts and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.
• Providing high level of customer service, identifying customer needs, and assisting as required both- face to face and over the phone
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and/or 2-3 years of professional work experience in Sales or Customer facing role preferred
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• English language at native level
• Full driving license required
• Availability to travel 90% outside of your normal place of work (nationwide, across both Northern and Republic of Ireland)
• Adept at learning new products and systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications including word, excel and Power Point
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) applications, Knowledge, or experience of SAP, preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Employment: Full time (Mon- Fri, from 8:30 am to 4:30 am) 37.5 Hours per week; Immediate start preferred but negotiable
