Nissan Brand Manager Job Purpose
The purpose of the Nissan Brand Manager is to maximise Nissan retail volumes and profitability for new Nissan PC and LCV, achieving targets and growing the Nissan Brand. Reporting to the General Manager situated in our Motormall location.
Main Objectives & Responsibilities
· Developing and growing the Nissan brand in Motormall.
· Achieving brand passenger car and LCV volume targets.
· Meeting profitability objectives and IPU set by SMT.
· To be fully aware of all current brand consumer offers and marketing initiatives.
· To be familiar with brand incentives, subsidies, and discounts.
· Strong communication skills to ensure that all members of the sales team are up to date with Nissan offers and current lead times.
· Manage the performance of brand sales executives including the setting of individual targets and monitoring of same with refence to agreed KPI’s.
· Achieve personal sales targets agreed with the General Manager and Head of Sales.
· Compliance to agreed CRM policies and programmes.
· Compliance to brand CSI and showroom standards.
· Ordering of new car stock liaising with the Windsor Head of Sales and the Franchise Business Manager.
· To monitor the return, preparation and readiness for sale of fleet returns and demonstrators.
· To work in tandem with the Business Manager to ensure the Sales and F&I process maximises sales and income for vehicles and F&I products whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care.
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all sales documentation.
· Highlight and resolve any issues in relation to collection of monies due for vehicles.
· Review washout reports weekly with the dealership accountant.
· Perform monthly stock checks of vehicles in your area of responsibility.
· Participate in monthly reviews with Windsor Head of Sales and the General Manager addressing all actions points arising.
· Participate in monthly brand pricing meetings.
· To manage any Nissan leads or quotes within the dealership.
· Use your own initiative to promote the Nissan brand locally whether through social media channels, local sponsorships, events, etc….

Knowledge & Skills:
You are a highly motivated and passionate individual striving to provide an exceptional service to both our customers and colleagues.
Skills needed:
  • Must have the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Driven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basis.
  • Strong communication skills, customers and employees alike.
  • Full clean Irish Drivers licence.
  • Experience with a main deal with a large sales volume.
  • 5+ years experience in Motor Sales.
Additional Information:
The hours of attendance are based on a 39-hour week. The hours are from 8.30am – 6pm Monday – Friday & 10am – 5pm Saturdays.
