We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and communicative sales professional with strong business acumen and passion for innovation to join our growing sales team in Dublin, Ireland on the position of:
The Role:
We are currently seeking an individual with robust field or inside sales experience who consistently engages in outbound activity for sales purposes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving sales growth through proactive customer outreach with the ability to close transactional type deals over the phone or face to face.
Your challenges will be:
Market and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients;
Inbound and outbound contact with clients and prospects;
Cold calling to qualify leads and conversion of hot leads/inbound sales;
Maintain the existing client data base and develop growth opportunities;
Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction;
Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability;
Organize meetings with prospects to conduct sales;
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities;
Work to reach and exceed sales targets;
Use the company’s CRM to manage activities and communications with clients and prospects;
Act as an ambassador of my POS at fairs, exhibitions, and local business networks;
Provide after-sales support;
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Your Profile:
A minimum of 2 years of a previous professional experience in the Fintech/ Banking/ Payment industry is desirable but not essential;
A minimum of 3 years of a previous professional experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/ or industry in either a field or inside sales role
Previous professional experience in telecoms/ retail/ outlet or similar will be considered a strong advantage;
Experience with administration and working with systems such as ticketing and CRM, invoicing, and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word;
Have a very good understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
Able to meet and exceed sales targets;
Commitment to excellent customer service;
Flexible person who thinks outside the box and possesses a can-do attitude;
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers;
Great communication skills and eager to assist customers with problem-solving;
A team player, able to coordinate efforts and be very well synchronized with team mates;
Passion for technology and the latest developments;
Very good command of English, both verbal and written.
