Self Employed Personal Trainer

The Role:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated self-employed Personal Trainer to join our vibrant fitness team at FUSE Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to operate your personal training business out of our state-of-the-art gym facilities, with access to a diverse client base eager to achieve their fitness goals. Your primary role is to inspire, guide and support our members in their fitness journey. You will be the face of FUSE on the gym floor, delivering excellent service, classes, and instruction, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You will also be required to generate leads and make calls to potential members promoting our gyms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the gym floor, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all members.
- Perform fitness assessments, develop exercise programs, and provide expert guidance.
- Assist in managing the club's class timetable, including booking and delivering classes.
- Facilitate clear communication between departments to support gym operations.
- Engage with members and gather feedback.
- Promote the gym's services and facilities to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Professionally address customer complaints and communicate issues to management.
- Ensure all guest needs are met, providing a responsive and personalised service.
- Make sales calls and conduct club tours for potential members.
Qualifications/Skills:
- A Personal Training certificate (REPS Ireland minimum level 3) is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience in the fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, energetic, and hard-working individual committed to fitness and well-being.
