The Senior Admin Stocks / Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer support experience by coordinating support operations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This role involves collaborating with various teams to improve processes, track performance metrics, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between customers and the organization, ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that stock is stored properly and organized in the warehouse or storage areas for easy access including external warehouses: Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate and support office projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Act as a point of contact for staff, facilitating communication between departments and ensuring team cohesion.
• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination alongst the office staff / team leaders/ supervisor.
• Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyse reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Consistently seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
• Facilitate the ordering process by preparing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of stock

About you

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
