Job Summary
Pemberley Audio Visual Solutions limited is a provider of customised audio visual solutions, integrated AV office furnishings and AV architectural systems which create exceptional places for working, collaborating and learning. We are seeking a dedicated, service-oriented professional to join our team as an Audio Visual (AV) Installer.
Job Functions:
Perform installations of audio visual equipment to include: Ceiling/wall mounted speakers, LCD projectors,video conferencing codecs, DSP’s, Digital signage, TV’s, microphones, Interactive touch screens, AV Racks, twisted pair cabling infrastructure, wall plates and interfaces (audio, video or control), display screens.
Perform terminations on audio, video and control connector.
Possess the ability to read and understand AV CAD Diagrams & Architectural Diagrams.
Possess the ability to test and troubleshoot basic and advanced integrated audio visual installations.
Mentor junior technicians in best practices and monitor their work.
Be responsible for the on-site Project Management of an installation.
Document fully all works carried out and report to operations manager at the end of each day.
Be responsible for the timely and complete installation of basic and advanced audio visual installation.
Responsible for driving work vehicle and keeping control of the vehicles stock levels.
Company phone, vehicle and laptop provided.
Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the audio/visual field or a related field preferred performing installation work.
Preferably with the ability to connect to and load DSP Configurations and Control System Code but training will be provided.
Basic Understanding of Network Topology
CTS Certification preferred but not essential as membership of Infocomm and certification costs are included with the position.
Strong Attention to Detail & Processes.
Requirements:
Full clean driving license essential
Valid VISA to work in the EU

Ability to endure physically demanding labour
Ability to lift up to 25kgs unassisted
Ability to lift and install product overhead in the ceiling
Appropriate vision to terminate cables
