Little Geno's is an exciting new New York Style Sandwich Deli, using the highest quality ingredients to create everybody’s favourite sandwiches from around the world. Inspired by the delis & bodegas that line the streets of New York.
Are you an experienced chef de partie, independent and looking for day time hours?

• Your position will be joining our amazing energetic team to run our kitchen & prep all our sandwich ingredients from sauces to shredded veg and marinating and cooking meats.
• Each morning we get the breads ready for the day, bake pastries and stock the deli.
• All our wholesome food is cooked and prepared in our kitchen each day.
• As a Little Geno's Team member, it will be your job to work efficiently with your team to achieve our best and highest standards and produce the best sandwiches around.

Job role

• Little Geno’s is a busy, fast paced and fun sandwich deli in the heart of Dublin City.
• The position will be full time working independently to run our kitchen, prepping and cooking all the ingredients for our sandwich deli.
• The role allows you to multitask and grow your skills.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• 3 years kitchen experience in restaurant kitchens.
• Team Player and work well under pressure.
• Be able to work independently and be self reliant.
• Hard working, friendly and passionate about your career.
• Ordering, stock and time management skills.
