- This is an exciting opportunity to assist the delivery of the strategic and operational HR agenda to the aligned business areas in ROI and NI
- You will ensure the implementation of global and local HR strategy, policies, processes and controls in line with our business goals and strategy
- Advise and support the business area leaders and HR Partners on HR and employee relations matters
- You will act as an integral part of the wider HR team and the business area leadership teams
- Close collaboration with business leaders and HR Partners, to liaise with the (Regional Head of Industrial Relations) on all matters relating to and affecting Trade Unions relations
- In addition, you will develop recruitment and skills development plans and diverse pipelines to deliver right skills in right places in accordance with demand plans and diversity goals
- Partner with the business on organisation design initiatives and lead business through re-structure including communication and consultation, implemention and change management
- And finally, you will coach leaders and drive the ongoing development of people capability in the line management population to enhance employee engagement and retention
What makes you great
- You are educated to degree level or have the appropriate working experience
- Project management experience, including project management approaches and tools
- You have previous change planning and management experience within a fast paced environment
- Trade Union relations experience would be beneficial and preferable
- Furthermore, you work with integrity and have experience of handing sensitive personal and complex data
- You have excellent skills across the main Microsoft Office applications
- A CIPD membership is preferable
- Negotiation and coaching skills, including the ability to coach and develop line managers
- And finally, you have strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others
