Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational HR support at our local sites in Ireland, working closely with different business entities
• Harmonize and standardize HR processes across various business units, ensuring alignment with both local and global requirements
• Handling pre-payroll tasks such as gathering and verifying employee data
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure the implementation and adherence to global policies and best practices
• Support the execution of change management projects in coordination with relevant departments
• Serve as the point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and social regulations across various business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Success Factors for HR processes, Concur for expense management, and Workforce T&A for employee time tracking
• Support in global HR Projects

Your Profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance, especially with regard to global HR standards
• Experience in collaborating with different business entities and supporting change management initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage complex issues
• Willingness to travel is required
• Fluent in English
