• Work as part of an agile team delivering key MRs and working across a number of support requests.
• Will be part of the important database mediation space working with a successful agile team.
• Responsible for delivery of user stories, testing, bug fixes and support requests.

You will bring

• A demonstrable record in technical leadership in a JSE and JEE-based software development team
• Experience with cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices
• Hands-on experience of configuration, deployment, and optimisation of microservices (Spring Boot, JBoss)
• Experience with API level testing and familiarity with TDD / BDD
• Experience with Database Management systems
• Experience with highly concurrent systems/distributed systems
• Excellent Trouble shooting skills.
• Remote Debugging
• Linux Basics
• VM / Kubernetes deployments

• Experience building APIs with REST
• Security knowledge: Secure coding principles, CI vulnerability scanning, JEE security
• Experience working with graph databases (Neo4J)
