You must have:
– Minimum Level 7 in Early Childhood Education
– Minimum 5 years experience (desired) in the Irish Curriculum Frameworks i.e., Aistear & Siolta
– Enthusiasm, passion, dedication and effective team work to contribute to a quality Early Years Service

What’s Involved?
-Liaise with and support your team and students, in the implementation of roles and responsibilities in keeping with best practice and high quality provision through effective leadership and mentoring qualities.
– Plan and implement an emergent and inquiry-based curriculum supporting each child’s learning opportunities.
– Set up inviting learning environments, provocations and activities for children.
– Document children’s learning and engage with families regularly in relation to children’s development.
– Maintain all records, documentation, in relation to the children in your care
