Our Fin Tech client global product team is looking for a Product Manager to join us in building new consumer payment experiences. The candidate will work with a cross-functional team and global stakeholders to build & enhance Installment at Checkout Service as well as develop our strategy around Buy-Now-Pay-Later offering & other value-added services for merchants/PSPs. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role :

• Participate in the development and execution of product strategies
• Contribute to the development of new products and product enhancements to meet customers’ needs
• Follow the New Product Development/Go-To-Market (NPD/GTM) Process for assigned areas of responsibility
• Participate in assigned phases of the product development life cycle which may range from concept to launch
• Enhance the development of the product value proposition
• Participate in translating product requirements into technical specifications
• Coordinate activities with client-facing teams, internal development teams, third parties and/or joint ventures

- Act as a product owner along with the product manager to work with engineering teams, tech leads & TPMs and create stories, elaborate them, test those features & accept them.
All About You :

• Outstanding record of building and managing products that deliver new payments industry services, including experience launching new initiatives with non-traditional payment providers in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple and competing priorities
• The successful candidate will have the ability to drive product strategy, but will also be able to quickly switch to understanding technical details when supporting customer requirements, designing new features, and when issue resolution is required
• Strong leadership skills in working with multi-disciplinary teams of both a technical and business nature
• Excellent project management skills, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
• Proven ability to write clear and effective product documentation from business requirements, through to implementation guides and promotional materials
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrix organization

Qualifications Required:
A bachelor’s degree is required, an Advanced degree or MBA is a definite plus.

Contract length: 8-24 months
Pay: €70,769.32-€113,909.26 per year
