Civic Group , leading traffic and facilities maintenance company based in Greenogue Business Park, are looking to hire a Highly Organised and detail–orientated person with experience in co-ordinating complex projects in a technical fast paced environment for the position of Service Administrator .
The role will see the successful candidate work in the traffic department assisting with day to day tasks such as:
· Effectively Co-ordinate and schedule engineers for installation and service projects
· Monitor and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery for customer demands
· Primary contact between engineers and other departments
· Ordering and maintaining stock for parts, purchase order processing, GRN and supplier on boarding.
· Provide administrative support for Customer documentation, weekly, monthly schedules and other project administration as required
· Apply for work permits and licences timely to ensure flow of work is consistent
· Point of contact for some customers and deal with their enquiries as they arise
Indicative and other tasks can be assigned as deemed necessary by the company
Requirements:
· Business related certification or equivalent required
· 3+ years Proven experience in a Project co-ordination or administration in an Construction/technical role required
· Ability to work effectively in a changing, reactive environment with tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong Organisational and multi-tasking skills to enable prioritising of work
· Strong Communication skills
· Must be adaptable to meet the needs in a growth focused environment
· Strong IT skills (MS office applications etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €40,000.00 per year
