Service Sales Support

Vertiv, Ireland is focused on solving the most important challenges facing today’s data centers, communication networks and commercial and industrial facilities with a portfolio of power, cooling and IT infrastructure solutions. Due to significant growth we are currently hiring a Service Sales Support to support the client services team.
The main remit of the role will encompass the following duties:
  • Manage all customer service enquiries through Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and meet with internal sales targets.
  • File all enquiry related emails in appropriate directories.
  • Responsible for all documentation/filing for contract & non-contract sales enquiries.
  • Responsible for preload of contract & non-contract quote document templates.
  • Support with sales tracking and control of quote aging.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales activities.
  • File all purchase orders and support preparation handover documentation package to operations team.
  • Create purchase requisitions.
  • Other service-related administrative activities as and when required.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Be an efficient organiser and be able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prioritise workload to meet Customer/Client expectations.
  • Display a proactive flexible approach to working within a team environment.
  • Display attention to detail and work within a busy office environment.
This is a full-time office based role and the expectation is that the successful candidate will be based in the Service office in Burnfoot, Ro I.
Essential Criteria
  • Possess computer proficiency including good familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, email and databases.
Desirable Criteria
  • Relevant experience in working within a service/production environment.
  • Relevant experience in working in an administrative position.
