Reporting to the Shift Manager, the role will involve setting up and monitoring performance on the production line, in addition working with tools and equipment to facilitate process changes required in setting up packing automation.
Responsibilities will also include completing production reports, online quality assurance checks and perform housekeeping duties.
Experience of operating machinery within a manufacturing environment and mechanical fitting experience is preferable.
The successful candidates must demonstrate a flexible attitude, have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, achieve targets and prioritise workload, have knowledge of health & safety within the workplace, be computer literate and be able to meet the physical and health requirements of the role.
The hours of work will be based on 12 ¼ hour shifts, on a day, night and weekend rotating basis.
