Woodview Service Station is seeking a Manager for our busy Service Station in Cahir, Co Tipperary. Our Station incorporates a forecourt, convenience shop, deli, carvery, chipper, large seating areas and meeting rooms. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and a diverse range of quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
· Staff Training
· Inspire and lead a team to meet and exceed goals.
· Maintain high standards of merchandising and inventory management.
· Enforce health, safety, and security measures within the store.
· Oversee cash management, ensuring accurate financial practices.
· Create and manage staff schedules to optimise team performance.
· Cultivate a positive environment that enhances customer experience.
Requirements:
· Experience in retail or hospitality management.
· Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Proven success in achieving sales and operational targets.
· Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
