RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain stock levels of retail products and supplies, ensuring that all products are accurately organized and easily accessible to all therapists.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns and effectively resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms to promote the salon, its services, and retail products.
- Perform various Clinic treatments, including Skin Treatments, Laser Hair Removal, body massages/Treatments, with an emphasis on advanced skincare techniques and knowledge.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including treatment rooms, common areas, and retail areas.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols within the salon, identifying any potential risks or hazards and reporting them to management.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, such as carrying out client consultations, adhering to cleaning schedules, and completing necessary health and safety documentation.
- Possess good people management skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and work collaboratively as a team.
- Display proficiency in computer skills for tasks such as managing appointments, inputting sales data, and utilizing salon software or booking systems.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure all client appointments, stock levels, and administrative tasks are accurately managed.
- Show initiative and the willingness to upskill through training and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A recognized level 3 beauty therapy qualification is required.
- Previous experience working as a Skin and Laser therapist in a salon or clinic setting is preferred but not essential
- Strong interest and understanding of advanced skincare treatments and techniques, full training will be provided
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is advantageous.
- qualifications in Laser, IPL, Body Therapy, Advanced Skincare and other popular skin treatments is preferred, however training can be provided
