Primary Duties
Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain full understanding of the company brands in order to deliver an excellent standard of education to our network of professional stockists
- Share latest information on products and services with the Renaissance team
- Keep yourself fully appraised of the latest innovations from our product suppliers and what is currently trending in the industry
- Provide continual input to further development of training courses.
- Monitor training feedback to ensure high training standards are continually being met
- Provide onsite training to leading stockists
- Administrative work associated with the smooth running of head office and regional training courses, including preparation and setup, feedback to stockists, customer care team and sales team
- Monitoring levels of stock i.e. products and disposables, tea, coffee, toilet roll etc
- Fully responsible for preparing the training centre and refresh after training.
- Represent each brand at product launches and educational roadshow events
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Train mentor and lead our stockists, with focus on top 10 accounts.
- Monitor level of reactions/complaints and manage resolution
- Monitor all customer enquiries/ feedback and liaise with suppliers on what is required for each brand
- Liaise with sales team and customer care team on Training dates
- Develop and deliver Features and benefits of brand with our professional network
- Training module descriptions
- Regular team meetings and annual reviews
- Development of Sell sheets
- Training all in house staff members annually
- Updating the team on newly Launched products
- Update CRM and develop our online Learning Management system
- Represent the brands at press events
- Public Speaking across all brands
- Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations for current and future education events
- Provide ongoing effective supervision of trainers
- Lead, design, and oversee projects that support company initiatives
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment and complete daily tasks assigned
- Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
