Key Duties:
- Act as Person in Charge in the absence of the Service Manager.
- Responsible for the wellbeing of people supported within the residential facility.
- Monitor and record the progress of service users.
- Facilitate the development of interpersonal relationships.
- Enable confidence and individuality.
- Involvement in planning and implementation of specific approaches and programmes designed for service users.
- Care for the day to day needs of service users.
Requirements:
- Degree (minimum level 7) in Applied Social Care.
- Previous experience working with people with an intellectual disability or a similar field.
- Full current driving license.
- Must reside in Ireland.
- Must have a valid and current permit to allow you to work in Ireland.
