Care Network Ireland are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start. The successful candidate will work as part of our fast paced team.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in basic accounts, sales, recruitment and/or HR background.


Duties and responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:


Prepare weekly payroll
Generate invoices/statements
Manage compliance records
Assist with shift allocation where required
Liaise with clients
General administration/ Human Resource Duties
Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Fluent English - spoken and written
• Computer proficient
• Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and have a polite telephone manner
