Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Marketing and Content Specialist who will be responsible for managing and developing our social media presence across various platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, social media strategy, and audience engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with our brand values and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and others.
  • Create engaging and relevant content (text, image, and video) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement and social media interactions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and marketing team on content planning, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, posts).
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €26,000.00-€31,200.00 per year
