Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution of various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and content creation. You will assist in creating and scheduling content, optimizing for search engines, managing paid advertising, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of these areas and be eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting keyword research and on-page optimization.
Support in improving website ranking through link building and content updates.
Analyze website performance and suggest improvements for SEO.
Create, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In).
Monitor and engage with audience interactions and respond to comments/messages.
Track and report on social media metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Help design and distribute email campaigns, including newsletters and promotions.
Maintain email lists and ensure data quality.
Analyze email performance (open rates, click-through rates) and suggest optimizations.
Assist in creating content for blogs, social media, and landing pages.
Ensure that content aligns with SEO strategies and brand messaging.
Collaborate with the team to produce visual and written content that engages our target audience.
Track and analyse the performance of digital campaigns across all platforms.
Support the merchandising by ensuring product launches and special promotions are effectively highlighted across digital platforms.
Assist in maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Collaborate on creating compelling digital content that promotes products in alignment with merchandising goals.
Assist in preparing regular reports for the marketing team.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to support ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and merchandising.
Strong understanding of different social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, posts).
Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €26,000.00-€31,200.00 per year
