Sourcing Specialist- German Speaker
Position Description:
Location: Ireland, Hybrid
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-5:30pm)
Position Overview
Telus International AI Data Solutions are actively seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team! This role is fast-paced and will involve sourcing and processing candidates globally for entry level language positions.
Responsibilities:

• Assess candidate’s language and listening skills
• Schedule and attend video interviews
• Run candidate’s identity checks
• Monitor and process incoming applications on a daily basis.
• Work with a high volume of candidates globally.
• Engage and communicate with candidates on a daily basis.
• Create and post job adverts.
• Source, screen and qualify candidates.
• Utilize various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche boards, resume mining, print media, networking, Linked In, etc) to find appropriate active and passive candidates for specific positions.
• Documentation of all recruitment activities, ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate.
• Interact with team members, managers and stakeholders in a professional manner.

General Skills & Expectations:

• Fluent in German
• A 3rd level qualification or equivalent qualification in a Business discipline
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a key requirement for this role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills – targets will be measured at both the individual and group level.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment and work to tight deadlines and targets.
• Experience working in Sourcing is a distinct advantage.
• Fluency in English and strong email communication skills.

Technical skills & Expectations:

• Proficiency using Google Workspace – in particular Sheets.
• Experience and familiarity using the internet and email.

Pay: From €31,500.00 per year
