At The Beautique Spa, our intention with every treatment is to ensure that it is bespoke and individual to each and every guest. Our Award-winning Spa, which is renowned for our personalised treatments is now in a position to expand our wonderful team.
Our Hotel Spa is a warm & comforting sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Beautique facilities include five individually designed treatment rooms, an indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi along with our newly added intimate relaxation lounge.
Job Description of Ideal Spa Therapist;
To offer a 5 star Guest Journey while offering personalised 5star treatments
To conduct thorough consultation with guest & prescribe suitable treatment
Perform 5star treatment as per ELEMIS or GROUND Wellbeing protocol
Offer adequate homecare advice & prescribe follow up treatments & products
Maintaining the highest level of sanitisation throughout the Spa
Achieving retail targets (retail sales are recorded and incentives are in place for each target achieved)
Assisting other team members in their jobs
Any suggestions for improvement report to Management
To ensure a consistent level of stock is in each treatment room
Follow stock rotation, aware of product usage & waste prevention
To maintain professional & courteous at all times both to guests & to colleagues
To maintain our 5 star standard of appearance & hygiene as per employee handbook
Maintain time management & organisation as set out per day
Job Schedule;
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8 hour shifts
Busiest on weekends, Public Holidays & midterm breaks
Requirements;

• Possess CIBTAC, CIDESCO & ITEC qualifications
• Previous ELEMIS training /knowledge is an advantage
• Previous GROUND Wellbeing training/knowledge is an advantage
• Must work well in a team and individually
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion for the Hospitality & Wellness
• Spa or Beauty Therapy: 2 years -preferred
