Spa Therapist Full Time

Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.

We are currently recruiting for Spa Therapist to join our expanding Team. This role is variable hours and will involve working some late evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. Elemis experience is an advantage, however we do provide full training with our brands. If you have previous experience in a similar role and if you believe that your values align with ours and you want to be part of a dedicated and well motived team we would love to hear from you and to hear about your passion for hospitality.

What we require from our applicants:

To carry out all treatments and services to the required and expected standard.
To advise clients and guests on skincare and upsell products where possible.
Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry.
To complete all consultations in a professional manner
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the facilities.
Contribute to the general operation of the facilities through ideas and support.
The ability to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service
Brilliant attention to detail and effective communication
Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
Outgoing and friendly personality
Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
