Baldoyle Badminton Centre is a Sports facility based in the Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin 13. We operate as a multi-court badminton Centre for clubs, tournaments, high performance and community needs. The key function of the role of the Sports Centre Administrator is to be adaptable and flexible in assisting in the day-to-day operations of our facility. To facilitate the customer’s needs upon arrival at the Centre in a customer focused approach. The principal responsibility is to ensure that the Sports Centre’s operating procedures and customer interface are consistently and effectively maintained.
Job Description:
· Maintaining the Centre to the highest of standards.
· Managing the Court Booking system.
· Ensure customer service is the highest standard when dealing with queries/concerns.
· Engagement with tenant companies and management of leases.
· Maintain current tenancies and develop plans to increase usage of all aspects of Centre business through developing contacts with clubs, tenants, local groups, schools, Fingal Council, and Badminton Ireland.
· Assist in the running of events.
· Update of social media.
· Co-ordinate employees regarding all day-to-day activities on site.
· Additional duties as allocated by the Sports Centre’s Management.
Skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
· The ability to act on own initiative and work diligently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
