Carry Out is Ireland's largest off licence franchise, all our stores are independently owned and operated. Carry Out Kildare Town is now hiring Store Manager. We are looking for a flexible person that is available to work a 5 day week, both day shifts and some evenings (up to 10pm) including weekends.
The salary for this role is negotiable and dependent on experience. The weekly working hours will not exceed 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager assumes full responsibilities for the day to day running of the store.
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees, planning weekly rosters and managing holiday schedules, hiring new employees, developing good relationships with both customers and suppliers, growing sales and profit margin, lodging and reconciling cash, ordering and managing stock.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience in retail or hospitality with management or supervisory duties.
Excellent commercial attitude and highly enthusiastic.
Essential to have a good eye for retail, be tidy, presentable and approachable
Proven to be a team player, good verbal and written communication skills – must be able to work on their own initiative.
Ability to resolve issues with suppliers and customers in a professional manner.
Forward thinking attitude towards improvement is essential.
Good personal standards.
Reliability and commitment to the Company.
Good standard of numeracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €33,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
