About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Retail Manager with tile/wood sales expertise to lead our Bray team. This role offers excellent earning potential through our uncapped commission structure, alongside attractive performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive store performance and profit growth
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Manage store operations and inventory
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Oversee budgets and financial targets
Handle recruitment and staff training
Manage rosters and team scheduling
Coordinate deliveries and stock management
Report to area manager weekly
Maintain showroom and warehouse organization
Some physical work including stock handling required

Previous tile/wood flooring experience highly advantageous
Available for weekend work as part of roster
