As a Swimming Teacher at the Apex, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment, focusing on proper swimming techniques, water safety practices, and personal growth.
Qualification:

• You must have a minimum of assistant Swim Teacher Certificate Swim Ireland/IWS.
• Previous experience as a swimming instructor or teacher is required.
• A knowledge of various swimming strokes, techniques, and water safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with diverse groups.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Lesson Delivery: Follow our well-structured and progressive lesson plans tailored to the needs of each group or individual.
Children Assessment: Evaluate children's' swimming abilities and monitor their progress over time.
Class Management: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during lessons.
Communication: Establish clear and open lines of communication with children, parents/guardians, and fellow staff members.
