As a Technical Analyst (Computing) your job is to support the team lead and members in a busy work environment. You are responsible for researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes; leading the research, design, and implementation of any technology and processes that require a more substantial technical understanding, including the development of functional specifications and new IT advancements to make systems more modern, managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely turnover of deliverables, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business requirements;

Essential
-Minimum Experience Required (Years) : 1 - 2 years as Analyst experience in the similar area

Job Purpose
Our Company is looking for young enthusiastic Technical Analyst (Computing) with excellent technical computing skills to join our fast-paced and growing team. We are looking for applicant with essential skills.
Roles and Responsibility
-Organisation and time management;-Budgeting and forecasting;-Leadership and managerial skills;-Risk assessment skills;
-Use critical thinking skills to propose solutions that align with organisational objectives;-Working closely with our IT team. Responsible for gathering and analysing the requirements of the food company, including understanding their business processes;-Identifying areas for improvement, and determining the technology needs to support the company's operations;
-Enhance the ability to work with data and present findings by utilising business analytic tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, visualisation tools;
-Develop training materials and provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring that end-users are comfortable with new processes or systems;
-Analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and metrics that can help improve decision-making and optimise strategies. Also involved in the creation of reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders and management;
-Effective communication collaborating with various stakeholders, including recruiters, HR teams, hiring managers, and IT departments, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure effective communication throughout the sales process, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in food sales processes, technologies, and strategies;
