• Assisting the Head of Underwriting to implement the product strategy for Ireland to include assistance in the design and development of new products
• Performing analysis of specific products, schemes, MGAs or business classes in order to make presentations and recommendations to the Head of underwriting
• Interact and engage with our pricing and underwriting insight teams on a regular basis in order to gather information

• Work closely with the rest of the Underwriting team to deliver both the top line Gross Written Premium and bottom line profit for all lines of business.

• Interact with broker and MGA partners on a regular basis to verify information for analysis

• Understanding of the fundamentals of general insurance
• Strong understanding of underwriting data and proven ability to generate value through application of this knowledge

• Degree educated (Minimum 2:1)
• Progress in ACII (or equivalent) examinations or commitment to complete them.
