We are seeking a skilled technical writer to join our team working on document automation software. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality documentation for our software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of end-users and supports the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:
Writing, editing, and publishing technical documentation using the Madcap Flare ecosystem. Managing documentation versions and revisions through Git source control. Collaborating with the development team using Azure Dev Ops to track project progress and update documentation accordingly. Ensuring all content is accurate, concise, and in line with company standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in the software documentation field and a strong understanding of Git and Azure Dev Ops, with an interest in working with cutting-edge document automation technology.

Required skills & experience:
Experience with technical writing for software documentation, particularly in document automation systems. Proficiency with Git source control, especially in conjunction with the Madcap publishing ecosystem. Familiarity with managing technical content and work processes via Azure Dev Ops. Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to collaborate with software developers and product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
