Paperblanks Ltd., a successful stationery company, is seeking a new Transport Planner to join their dynamic and fast-paced team at their European headquarters in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate keen to develop their skills in a progressive and exciting work environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external organisations to distribute our innovative stationery products globally.
As a Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of Paperblanks Ltd. products to various warehouses. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all transport logistics for global shipments, with a particular focus on Europe and North America.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Communicating effectively with warehouses staffs to fulfil transfer orders and solve issues related to sending and receiving process.
Contacting delivery companies to set up an appropriate delivery means of transport with timely schedules.
Managing data in our systems to keep track of shipments and ensure the most updated report to managers.
Coordinating with direct manager to come up with a clean, organized, and high-standard working system.
Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during transport, such as delays, detours, or other disruptions.
Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions to challenges.
Participate in regular reviews of transport processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Generate reports, analyse data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and drive improvements

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
