Job Type: Full Time / Fixed Term
The job will run from October to December 24th
The job will require working in a factory setting and some light lifting will be required.
Experience with line work or food packaging beneficial but not necessary
Training will be provided on all procedures which are to be followed and on all machinery
All potenial hires will go through a full HACCP training
Daily Job will include
- Signing in and out of the roastery as well following the correct entry and re-entry procedures
-Correct and precise weighing of coffee bags / Sealing coffee bags /Quality checking that each bag is ready for delivery with the correct weight /seal and batch code & Best Before date
-Filling of coffee packaging machines
-Grinding whole bean coffee into ground coffee
-Filling out paperwork of the work completed throughout the day
-Keeping the work area tidy as well as a daily clean down of the machinery and production room
-Multiple checks will be carried out / recorded during each production by the manager on duty as well as an end of day check on all bags produced and packaged
-Following HACCP guidelines while packing coffee this includes a great personal hygiene, clean work station, uniform & PPE – boiler suit, hairnet, beard net, facemask and gloves which are all provided).
Free coffee all day made from our freshly roasted coffee
