About

Reach Group are a part of Mediahuis Group and with the recently acquired Delpac we specialise in a range of services, all built on the platform of a comprehensive transport, warehousing, and logistics infrastructure, servicing a wide range of needs across multiple channels. Some of the industries we work with include grocery retail, hotels, cafes, schools, hospitals, medical centre, pharmacies, libraries and more.

The Job in a Nutshell

The Warehouse Operative supports the daily activities in the warehouse. The operational hours are Monday to Friday, hours range from 8:30AM – 5PM. This role is based in our warehouse in Greenogue Business Park in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

Role Responsibilities (Overview)

Goods receipt using in-house SAP system
Pick pack
Pallet sortation
Loading and unloading of vehicles
Communicate with contract packing staff
Monitor products coming in and out of the warehouse
Stock rotation
Keep the warehouse a clean and tidy environment
Adhere to health & safety procedures

Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)

Ideally candidates would have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a distribution warehouse
Licensed for Counterbalance forklifts & Pivot Trucks
Clean driving license

Technical & Non-technical Skills

Must have excellent housekeeping and a high attention to detail
Strong IT skills
Excellent organisation skills
Good interpersonal skills and an ability to converse in a confident and friendly manner
Fluent spoken and written English

Ability to be flexible in line with the demands of the job
The ability to work effectively as part of a team is critical to this position
