Join our team as a Warehouse Planner!
Are you a proactive and organized individual with experience in warehouse operations? Join our team as a Warehouse Planner and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth workflows, meeting service levels, and driving operational excellence.

Location: Ballycoolin, Ireland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30

What will you be doing?
As a Warehouse Planner, you will:

Organize daily warehouse staff allocations with other Planners and Team Leaders.
Monitor inbound/outbound schedules and ensure SLA compliance.
Support internal teams and external customers by resolving issues and overseeing workflows.
Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, track inventory, and maintain operational accuracy.
Ensure seamless handovers at the end of shifts and promote “clean as you go” practices through 5S methodology.
Review SLA reports to identify and address controllable misses while maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) stock management.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in the warehousing/logistics industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Critical thinking and a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
The ability to work under pressure and drive team motivation.
